1. Final Sale Policy
All domain name sales are final. Due to the digital and intangible nature of domain names, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a domain has been purchased and transferred.
2. Ownership Transfer
Upon full payment, the domain name will be transferred to the buyer's registrar account. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect transfer details provided by the buyer.
3. No Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, digital goods such as domain names are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel is waived once the domain transfer is initiated.
4. Due Diligence
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to purchase. We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, commercial value, or potential use of any domain name offered.
