(Renewal costs vary depending on the registrar you choose to manage your domain, but on average, these fees are around £10 per year, payable to them. Just like major companies such as Apple and Microsoft, regular renewal is necessary to maintain your domain rights.
Q: What happens after I buy? A: Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email asking you to create a free account at Spaceship.com (thats our chosen registrar where all our domains are held). Once you have opened your free account which takes abour 30 seconds, we will then ask you for your “username” ( NOT your password) and we’’ll then transfer (“push”) the domain into your account. This is the ONLY way we do transfers as its quick simple and easy. Once in your account you can change the ownership to yourself and either keep there or transfer to wherever you wish.
Q: How long does the transfer take? A: Transfers are typically completed within 1-3 hours.
Q: Can I move the domain to a different registrar? A: Yes once its been transferred into your spaceship.com account you are free to transfer wherever you wish.
